  1. Fulfill their role and responsibility for chapter success
  2. Must be committed to each other and function as a unit
  3. Protect and Guard the Charter of the Chapter
  4. Ensure the Chapter does not get put on PROBATION

If the EXEC team is not united when it comes to major conflict issues then chapter success is severely compromised, as well as the charter being taken away by the university.

EXEC TEAMS must have the COURAGE (stand up and enter the conflict) to uphold HONOR CODES and FRATERNITY SACRED VALUES

Major Chapter Conflicts

  1. Weed and drugs on the property
  2. Hazing
  3. Sexual rape, assault, harassment
  4. Alcohol
  5. Recruitment
  6. Discrimination of any form
  7. Definition of Brotherhood
  8. National fraternity POLICIES and Chapter HONOR CODES
  9. University and Greek Affairs Policies and Code of Conduct
